Panasonic People Development Europe
Our Training and Development Centre offers a wide variety of leadership and functional training to complement local development activities. Programmes closely linked to business objectives and company values are available for first line Managers up to Managing Directors.
Talent for Tomorrow
Talent for Tomorrow is an exciting 2 year programme to prepare employees for their first management role. It provides the opportunity to exchange experiences with European colleagues from different companies, to take part in workshops and work with others on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects.
Working in Japan
Working in Japan gives our employees the opportunity to spend from 6 weeks up to a year in Japan, to deeply understand the company from a global perspective and work closely with domain colleagues on dedicated projects.
Management Development Course
A one week programme to prepare new managers for their future roles within the company. This course includes finance and management skill training as well as competition law, the deepening of the Panasonic Basic Business Philosophy and the knowledge of the whole Panasonic Group.
Senior Management Development Programme
This is the perfect opportunity to gain further understanding of Panasonic and to develop strategic thinking and strengthen management skills. The focus of this programme is on case studies and current business issues. This training is held in Japan and is a great opportunity to strengthen the network across Panasonic on a global basis.
